Our Valtellina Superiore D.O.C.G. uses the Inferno indication, to reinforce the extraordinary bond with this vineyard area on the Rhaetian side of Valtellina, where the south-facing vineyards find a soil with a bottom of sand and silt. The maximum production per hectare is 8 tons, the minimum aging of 24 months, of which at least one year in wood.
